As we proceed south, we reach the Community of Oceanside Oregon. Nestled on a hilltop overlooking the Three Arch Rocks National Wildlife Area, Oceanside features sandy beaches, the Oceanside Beach State Recreation Site, and a few restaurants and retail shops. The town of Netarts Oregon offers excellent outdoor amenities around Netarts Bay, the Netarts Estuary and the five mile long Netarts Sand Spit. Key area activities include crabbing, clamming, beachcombing, picnicking, hiking, bird watching and other wildlife viewing.
