The Community of South Beach - The Development of Pacific Shores
Situated along the coastal bluffs found in the Community of South Beach, the Development of Pacific Shores offers a residential neighborhood located on the west side of Highway 101, near the Newport Municipal Airport. The Pacific Shores Development features several streets that run along the ocean-facing bluffs as well as several streets set on the interior affording a treed setting of coastal pines. Access to the community is available from a non-gated entrance into the neighborhood from Highway 101. The community is made up of individual home sites affording different view amenities as well as privacy features. The Pacific Shores Community provides a trail system that leads down to the beach sands of South Beach and is located on the north end of the community. A small creek runs along this trail system heading towards the ocean adding to the natural beauty of this recreation area. The Development of Pacific Shores is another popular neighborhood location due to its proximity to the Greater Newport Area and its many available merchant and community services. Also, the neighborhood is a popular location for recreational use aviators desiring a residential community situated near the Newport Municipal Airport.
