The Development of Sandpiper Village - The Development of Bayshore
The Development of Sandpiper Village is located in between the Development of Sandpiper Shores, its northern neighbor and the Development of Bayshore, its southern neighbor. The community is accessible from an access road available off Highway 101 as well as from several connecting streets adjoining the Bayshore Development at the south end of the community. The Development of Sandpiper Shores is a planned community with recorded restrictions and includes several community access points to the beach. The design of Sandpiper Village features a combination of oceanfront lot locations, ocean view home sites, and interior treed lots set within the beach dunes and coastal pines. The Development of Bayshore offers a wide assortment of home sites catering to both full-time residents and vacation-use beach goers. The Bayshore Development maintains a clubhouse area with an outdoor swimming pool, picnic tables and a trail to the beach.
