Lincoln Beach

The Lincoln Beach Area is similar in nature to the Gleneden Beach Area in providing mainly residential neighborhoods, along with some commercial and business development located mainly on Highway 101 frontage. Lincoln Beach features a combination of county neighborhoods and several planned developments. The residential neighborhoods are mainly situated along the west side of Highway 101 in order to take advantage of beach access to Lincoln Beach. Some of the county neighborhoods offer a combination of different housing choices including oceanfront and ocean view home sites, manufactured homes and trailer park options, all integrated under one community that is easily accessible to Highway 101. These neighborhoods are located off streets that run towards the ocean and form pockets of residential housing zones. Key Streets in the north half of Lincoln Beach include Pacific Street, Breeze Street, Division Street and Lincolnshire Street. The north half of Lincoln Beach includes two planned developments, one known as Evergreen Ridge and the other known as Searidge Condominiums. Evergreen Ridge is a subdivision located on the ocean side of Highway 101 and to the north of the Searidge Condominium Development. Evergreen Ridge contains custom home sites that afford ocean views as well as treed settings of coastal shorepine. The community has a trail pathway that leads to Lincoln Beach and has recorded covenants for maintaining the overall neighborhood appeal. The Searidge Condominium Development offers a gated community of townhome designed condominiums situated along the beautiful beach area of Lincoln Beach and the Pacific Ocean.
