Searidge Condominiums
The Searidge Condominium Development in Lincoln Beach offers one of the finest planned communities located on the Central Oregon Coast. Built in the 1980s, Searidge Condominiums feature some of the best aspects of coastal living in a spectacular setting along Lincoln Beach. The master community plan includes individual buildings with residential condominium units and carport/enclosed garage parking options, a clubhouse area with recreation amenities, paved streets and guest parking areas, and common areas with wonderful landscaping and a central meadow greenbelt. The other set of interior building units are located near the gated entrance, and while they do not offer ocean views, they serve as a more affordable option for those residents desiring the community amenities of the Searidge Condominiums. The Clubhouse Area includes two outdoor tennis courts, outdoor tables and benches, and a heated outdoor swimming pool. The two-story clubhouse contains a pool table room, restroom facilities and several meeting areas for visiting with friends or enjoying a quiet personal moment. A trail pathway leads west through the meadow green and eventually meets with the paved path that heads to the community’s beach access stairway. The outdoor spa is located in the western section of the meadow green providing ocean views while taking a soothing spa. The Development has an individual building that incorporates the private residence of the on-site manager who oversees the maintenance aspects of the property and an office for conducting condominium association business.
