North Aerial Guide Overview - Tour Three
Salishan Leasehold - Salishan Spit

The north end of the Salishan Leasehold Development features home sites set among the beach grass, sand dunes and the coastal shore pines of the Salishan Spit. Salishan Drive works it way along the Salishan Spit and serves as the main roadway into this part of the development. Due to the topology of the Salishan Spit, the home sites in this area offer a unique vantage point, especially the ocean front home sites set amongst the low-lying beach grass and rolling sand dunes. This low-lying vantage point serves to provide a closer proximity to the beach and the sensory aspects of enjoying the Pacific Ocean right in your own back yard. Also this section of the development includes home sites overlooking the Siletz Bay, providing different water views and still retaining the close proximity to beach access. A community boat launch is available within the Salishan Spit Area supporting water access to the Siletz Bay for flat bottom boats and kayaks. Another wonderful aspect of the Salishan Leasehold is the balance of sensible residential development and dedicated open spaces of common community areas and nature zones. Throughout the development, the neighborhoods strike a balance of nice home sites with various water view amenities, coupled with substantial open spaces protecting the nature zones surrounding the community. It is these terrific aspects that drive the broad appeal for the Salishan Residential Community and its associated natural surroundings.
