Salishan Leasehold - Salishan Hills Residential Developments

The southern portion of the Salishan Leasehold features home sites set along the fairways of the back nine holes and also includes a main hilltop section with magnificent evergreen trees and distant water views. From Highway 101, an access road traverses west past the golf clubhouse and arrives at the security gatehouse, providing vehicle entry into the Salishan Leasehold and nearby access to the Salishan Leaseholders Association Office. The east side of Salishan includes the front nine holes of the golf course, a driving range and a practice putting green, and the Salishan Lodge. The Salishan Lodge facilities include the guest and conference meeting rooms, several restaurants, a gift store, a fitness center and a separate indoor tennis complex. The new Spa facility is located on the west side of Highway 101, near the retail shopping mall. The Salishan Hills was developed in the 1970s and offers a gated community of lovely home sites placed along the golf course fairways, the beautiful stands of evergreen trees and amongst the hilltops of the area. The Development showcases some of the finest built custom homes and its community amenities feature outdoor tennis courts, outdoor barbecue and picnic grounds, and several small walking nature trails. The area has two condominium developments, one known as the Salishan Bluffs and the other known as the Island Condominiums.
