Salishan Residential Communities - Gleneden Beach

Part of the special qualities of the Salishan Leasehold is the amount of common areas available within the development. These common areas offer enriching additional space and enhance the scenic viewpoints located within the community areas. The south end of the Siletz Bay Estuary meets the Salishan Golf Links, which is part of the Salishan Resort Complex. A nature trail is available that runs east and west and runs along the Siletz Bay. The trail eventually exits out near the Salishan Clubhouse and provides a path to beach access. The Salishan Spit eventually widens into the main residential sections of the Salishan Leasehold and provides a variety of living options including ocean frontage, golf course frontage, and hillside home sites with panoramic views of the surrounding area. The beach area that makes up the Salishan Spit is part of a long continuous beach strand that runs all the way south through Gleneden Beach, and eventually ends at Fishing Rock in the Lincoln Beach Area. Besides the Salishan Leasehold, the Salishan Area includes several developments located on the east side of Highway 101. These developments include the Salishan Hills, the Salishan Bluffs Condominiums and the Island Condominiums. Also, the renowned Salishan Lodge and Spa is located on the east side of Highway 101 as well. The area to the south of Salishan includes Gleneden Beach, Lincoln Beach and the charming city of Depoe Bay.
