Tour Two Introduction
The South Aerial Guide Overview Tour Two starts at the Ona Beach State Park, the transition point between the Communities of South Beach and Seal Rock. The tour covers the residential developments built near the Ona Beach State Park Area including the Developments of Makai and Huckleberry Hill. The tour advances southward into the Community of Seal Rock known for its quaint roadside shopping corridor established along the route of Highway 101 and the spectacular offshore rock formations of Seal Rocks. The tide pools located at the Seal Rock State Recreation Site within the community are some of the finest marine gardens found on the Central Oregon Coast. The tour proceeds southward reviewing the residential options available within the main downtown section of Seal Rock, and then moves onto the coastal neighborhoods of Fox Creek and Ocean View Terrace.

Entering into the north end of the Community of Waldport, the tour covers the residential areas developed along the beach strand found near the Bayshore Spit and the Alsea Bay featuring such notable areas as the Developments of Sandpiper Shores, Sandpiper Village, Seafarer, Bayshore, and the Alsea Highlands. The tour crosses over the Alsea Bay Bridge and moves into the City of Waldport. The City of Waldport features a variety of residential areas built near the waters of the Alsea Bay as well as along the ocean. The tour showcases the waterfront facilities of the Port of Alsea as well as the amazing wildlife found living around the Alsea Bay Estuary. The tour continues southward along the coast into the Wakonda Beach Area and then onto to the Beachside State Recreation Site. The tour finishes at the Big Creek Estuary, also the transition point where the Community of Waldport changes over to the Community of Yachats. Key Points of Interest presented in this tour include Beaver Creek, Seal Rocks, Alsea Bay Estuary, Alsea Bay Bridge and Interpretive Center, Port of Alsea, Alsea River, Crestview Hills Golf Course, Wakonda Beach State Airport, and Big Creek.
